As General Manager of RE/MAX Realtron,and Director of the Commercial Division, Cam is responsible with the owners and branch management team of RE/MAX Realtron for leading the brokerage, supporting its sales team, and for the continued and profitable growth of the firm.Cam comes to RE/MAX Realtron following a long career with the largest Royal LePage brokerage in Canada where he was a member of a small team that ran the Brokerage including its Commercial Division.Cam is a Real Estate Broker and began his career in the real estate and mortgage insurance industries in the late 1980’s working in various parts including default management, property management, and single family and multi-residential sales.  In addition, Cam did all of the office/retail leasing for his former Brokerage for their many branch locations. Cam is originally from Edmonton, Alberta and has a B. Comm. from the University of Alberta, an MBA from Dalhousie University and is both a Certified Management Accountant (CMA) and a registered Real Estate Broker.  Cam is excited to be able to support the Realtron sales team to the absolute best of his skills, knowledge and abilities. 

 

 Michael Davidson, Sales Representative.

Michael Zachary Davidson lives in North York, Ontario, Canada. Michael is among the elite of RE/MAX commercial real estate professionals and known as an industry expert in retail leasing, tenant mandate/site selection and investment property sales.  Finalizing over 350 leasing and sale transactions in more than 15 industries within Ontario he is your full service commercial realtor with a true entrepreneurial spirit. Michael is a professional salesperson with honors in Small Business from George Brown College. He is also a graduate of Dale Carnegie Sales Program, Certified Networker Program and user of the Priority Management System.  He loves networking and attends several weekly networking groups to stay active in his field.Michael volunteers for numerous charitable foundations and sits on the Real Estate Cabinet for the United Jewish Appeal and recently ran in the CIBC 5K run for the cure. While not working Michael and his family love spending vacations on the beach. Michael’s most recent sale was a three storey retail and residential building across from Honest Ed’s in the Trendy Toronto Annex neighbourhood.Michael Davidson has been a RE/MAX Commercial practitioner for 14 years in the Richmond Hill and the Greater Toronto Area.

Paul Lokash, Sales Representative.

As a founding member of the Realtron Commercial Division Paul brings over 40 years of experience in commercial real estate transactions to assist with and help associates successfully complete commercial deals. A graduate of University of Toronto Law School, Paul also holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from The University of Toronto. After graduating from law school, Paul practiced as a commercial lawyer for over 10 years before starting a real estate development company. For the past 10 years, in addition to doing his own land developments, Paul has arranged financing for developers, consulted on re-zonings, development applications and leasing. Over the years, he's established a network of professionals who can be called upon for all aspects of commercial real estate transactions. Whether it is the sale of a building, property purchase, financing a transaction, or a land development, Paul is happy to work on a referral basis to help structure a transaction that works for everyone involved.
